We are accustomed to scrutinizing the activities of loan originators, mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, correspondent lenders, intermediary underwriters or processors, escrow agents, closing agents, appraisers, providers of automated evaluation models, and other persons involved in the lending process.

In addition, we have prepared and filed formal action with state and federal governmental agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C., the Office of Thrift Supervision, Comptroller of the Currency, FDIC and Federal Reserve.
